Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nice easy run today. Started out with Brandon for the first four then solidered on alone for the last 2. Nice run overall. Felt like I was moving fast but not really feeling it. A nice change from yesterday. Heart goes out to Brandon and his knee. I hope he gets better soon. My legs are definitly tired from the run yesterday my calves aren't too bad suprisingly its my quads that feel pretty tired now. Miss the ice bath today unfortnetly. It'll have to wait till THursday morning. Thats not such a bad thing though because I'll be able to flush all the stuff from both workouts out before the race Saturday. 6x100 striders. I felt like I was getting in the way of the track team. But effortwise they were great.
