Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Double Leg Box Jumps 3x10 (I did these instead of the cleans this week because my legs feel better today than they did a week ago. Felt fine not bad at all)
Single leg stepups 3 sets 10,10,8 with bar on sholders (Not too bad either. Tried to slow them down to get a good worout for my quads)
Single leg calf raises 2x12 (Not bad but my right leg seemed to work a lot harder than my left)
Superset Pulups and bicep curls 2 sets (Pullups 8 and 2 45lbs on curls. I gotanother pullup second set to maybe my muscles are recovering faster than they were)
DB arm runs 20 each (nice and simple not too bad at all)
General notes: This lift feels really easy in general. THe only thing I have trouble on is the pullups/curls which suck. I limited my rest to a sip of water between sets and it still didn't feel bad
