Comments:
The drive home sucked. Tons of construction traffic took a long time. I ate a quick dinner then really wanted to run to stretch my legs out. Just simple route through town. Weather was real good though right at sunset. Felt pretty comfortable.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch when I got back. Foot feeling fine overall. Maybe a little sore. Didn't wear any sort of brace though.
