Run with Steve LaDelfa and a Disembodied Voice

October 13, 2009 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50 Cloudy

Comments:
Veale up North Park to Shelburne to Eaton to South Park back to Veale (with Steve LaDelfa, some weird disembodied voice claiming to be a "Mike Grese"), back up North Park to Coventry and back (alone on way out, back with Mike Werneiwski) -

I knew this was going to be an unusual run when we had a huge lockeroom discussion where Joe denied the existance of a "Mike Grese". So, Steve and I ran, seemingly accompanied by a disembodied voice that knew a lot about ancient civilizations and the supreme court. I was dreading running for much of the day, but felt good having rolled my legs in the training room after lifting this morning. My lab went much longer than I thought it would, but it was a blessing in disguise because my stomach was upset in lab, but fine when running. I randomly met up with W on my way back and had a nice talk about the Browns and Bills. My legs were a little tight and I'm thinking it might be hard to loosen them a lot in the cold.
