UO barefoot + old tyme hilly trail grind with CA!

Weather: like 80 already

Comments:
Ran mid-morning (like 10ish) with CA. We ran to UO, first, then some barefoot - more combo of turf and track surface. It feels SO GOOD to run on that hard, textured, rough track surface, in this very strange (almost masochistic, but not) way. It's hard -- you have to run confidently -- but that extra "input" feels really cool...

After that, we tacked on a lot: up to PRE's rock, up and over Hendricks, then down via the golf course, nearly 9 miles! CA was symptom-free for all but the last bit, which included a ton of grind-effort.

Good run. Tired from the weekend, but solid.

Was going to bike in the PM, but just too damn smokey!
