Worst Run of the Summer :(

I trudged through 38 minutes of the most awful run today. I don't know why I felt so horrible, but the whole run I was just short of breath and everything hurt and I had to stop twice to stretch which made no difference. I just did an out and back run today because I was sick of the only loop in the area, but like everywhere else there was a hill every 2 minutes, so I was angry at every uphill because it hurt and every downhill because I knew I'd have to come back up it. I was going so slowly that I think if there'd been any wind at all I would have been moving backwards, but there wasn't so I eventually made it home. I don't know why I felt so bad because I've been feeling really good all around on runs in the last week or two, but I think one, I often run around 7 and today I ran around 3 and it was hotter, and two, maybe all the hills this week are just catching up to me? I don't know, but I'm excited to get to Maine because that's much flatter, and I can run by the ocean--I know the hills here are good, but to have no flatter option all week is really hard.
