Much better run than yesterday, but not the best ever still. I had every intention of just doing an out and back because I'm sick of the loop, but I got to the turn off and just went with it because it's easier. I'm just feeling so slow which is frustrating and hard because my training has been so consistent and I'm finishing my 9th week of summer training, and I just feel like it should be easier and faster at this point. I know it's still only summer and it's hot and I haven't done any speed workouts, but I don't need to feel fast fast, I just want to be running steadily at an under 10 minute mile pace without it feeling awful. I'm embarrassed to log the paces that I'm going, and I shouldn't be because who else really cares, but I'm just feeling down on myself right now. I know I'll be much faster by the end of the season, and I'm feeling like with such a consistent base of summer training, I'm hopefully gonna have a good season if my shins and calves and legs in general hold up, but I'm just impatient and frustrated. I can't believe camp is so soon though, and I'm very excited.
