Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran at a rather hot part of the day in the afternoon. It felt like a slog but the shade played nice. Ran down to Mission Cantina, then did a little out and back through the neighborhood. Much nicer to run on the small streets. The way down is downhill, so I felt good there, but coming back uphill was tough and a little slower. Satisfied when I finally made it back up. Legs felt weaker than my cardio and my foot was all good. HR was kinda high when I got back, not tempo level.
Essentials: Stretch
So drenched, but a good stretch. I was feeling achy and tight but this shake out helped me limber up for sure. Foot a little achy after but it feels good overall. Those few days off were tough, this put me back on track feeling good.
