BWC 9 miler

Weather: Dark and cool, before sunrise

Comments:
Encouraging. I didn't feel great on the front half. This is often the case. I was wondering how I would complete 9 miles. Got a real boost from about 4 miles through the end--averaged about 8:20 through that stretch (last mile at 7:20). It is good to remember that I just need to keep pushing as I never know when I will start to get in a groove. Allegedly I am scheduled for 18 miles on the weekend.
