Comments:
felt great!!! Best run in months, didn't need a stretch break. Had appt with Erik this morning, went well.. Will continue with every other day with a gradual build-up in mileage, perhaps a 5 miler by Sunday. Goal is to run for one hour in about three weeks and reassess with Erik.
