jog up to cobbs and reverse cobbs route towards school to mt. hope. begin tempo at crosman and field...--> mt. hope --> elmwood --> campus --> foot bridge --> adventure bridge --> phase hill to near library. 5.3 of tempo at roughly 6:45, 6:40 6:35, 6:20, 6:35. Wanted to go 6 but getting too close to max effort and the end would have been all uphill...changed to 35:00 and felt it was a hard effort. Legs/joints beat up. Mizunos sort of shitty. Nothing more than 10 in them ever
