Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Spent the whole day in Conte, and it didnt go that well. Got frustrated and burnt out and when I came home I just needed to be alone and chill out. I forced myself to get outside on a run and felt way, way better. Realized its not that big of a deal in the long run to mess up one day. Shit I have been messing up the past 4 years and still keep moving forward. I am so glad running is always is my back pocket because I dont think I could have calmed down today without it. Also even in the evening it was pretty hot and humid I was sweating up a bunch. On the way back came through the new traffic circle, and its looking good.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched outside but then the bugs started attacking, so I came in. Too sweaty to stretch a lot but Im feeling alright I would say. I sprinted in at the end to keep up with the bikers coming back from NoHo and that felt really good actually so I was loosened up from that.
