6*1000m w/200m jog recovery, with Ethan T., Grese(the best process control lab partner ever and totally exists), Colin, Kurt, and Ben, legs still tired from Monday, all intervals slower than I wanted but workout went ok still, bathroom break after 4 intervals, did the last one with Colin only because we both sat everyone else's fifth interval, splits: 3:23, 3:21, 3:20, 3:22, 3:17, 3:23, upper body circuit

NRV Track, Bellflower, Ford, Mayfield, Murray Hill, Veale
With Colin, met up with Leanne, Andrea, and Sweet Cheeks on Murray Hill, stretch, 44 you-call-it abs, 10 min full leg ice bath
