Reverse Fort River

Comments:
A much calmer day, weather was just as nice. Went around the other way just to switch it up. Its a nice downhill on Main st. I took it a little more lightly than yesterday but still felt pretty smooth. Just tried to check out and it worked for the most part. Coming back up the hill the other way was tough actually. Glad I made it to the top and could just coast down. This is the most mileage I have done in a week probably all summer. It came at a good time though I needed it this week.

Essentials: Stretch

Tried to stretch but was just too sweaty. Legs feel fine though so its alright. Tired to rehydrate, noticing that I have been thirsty now that its hot and humid out. Maybe the eclipse tomorrow will cool everything down.
