Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Worked in the AM, then jogged a warm-up over to In Shape.
I wanted to watch myself run, ala 2014, when I did ALL my workouts at Tensegrity, with the camera system. In Shape is nearly as good: mirror up front, and side mirror, too!
I didn't feel good, again. But I needed to work on this damn arm swing.
Ran a mile, then would take about :40s hop-off rest. "Miles": 6:20, 6:15, 6:10 or so. SUPER-hard to not swiv and get my arms to go straight behind!
Jogged back to the car to cool-down.
Post-run: got my antibiotics and started them. 10-day dose plus clean out day = no beer for a lonnng time!
PM: No hunt. Felt exhausted and crappy.
