Comments:
Ran 5 x 1 mile during XC practice. Did a mile easy, then a 1 mile warm up with the team. 5 x 1 mile with a 3:30-4:00 jog recovery. Ran 6:00, 5:58, 5:56, 5:50, 5:30. Felt good. It was warm out. Wasn't tired until the last one. 1 mile easy cool down.
