Ran at Charlotte Beach with the team. It was cool out and perfect weather for a run. Did a mile warm-up, 7 mile tempo run and 2 mile cool down. For the tempo run went 7:40, 7:20, 7:10, 6:40, 6:30, 8:00+, 8:00+.
