Comments:
Had to sleep in today, got moving a little late and went in on the bike for a little bit. I felt good worked up a little sweat. Stopped over at the driving range too and hit some balls (not that well) it was a good day to be outside but I didnt get all the way around to running. I should have can feel it in my legs.
