well it started out fine. started kinda quick but felt good, even through in a couple of hard minute intervals to see if my knee could even handle going fast. felt pretty dang good until about the 2.25 mark or so. i ended up having to move considerably slower, and if you look at the link below and see that my finish is in an odd spot, that's because i had a nice sharp shooting pain up my leg and i was like done. so yeah i've pretty much all but decided against racing saturday. static 3 and ibis after. took a page out of chris kelly's book and did 10 pushups between each, along with 30 at the end for a total of 100.
