Got some road pizza before I left Conte and I guess I had digested it enough to run. I wanted to at least get out something. Felt pretty good actually, even though it was kinda short run. I can tell that its getting popping around town now. Lots of people out, especially at Amherst College. I think they just moved in. Its nice to see that.

Essentials: Stretch

Solid stretch when I got back good to get the legs shaken out again. They feel kinda tight now. Ankles also felt awfully unstable throughout the run. Maybe because it was getting darker out.
