Championship lifting week 2 day 2

October 15, 2009 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Double leg Box Jumps 3x10 (not too bad although my quads did feel a little tired during these)

4 way hip bands (extend, add, abb, raise) (not bad didn't feel much at all)

Calf raises 2x12 each leg (Felt these about as much as usual. Not bad)

Superset Pullups/bicep curls w/45 (was rally close to 9 pullups but just couldn't get my chin over the bar on that last one. But definitly better than the last time. 2 on the second set those curls kill me)

DB arm runs with 5 x 20 each (Not bad tried to pump extra hard)

General Notes: Not a bad lift I'm definitly making progress with the pullups which is encouraging. Maybe I'll finally get to ten by the end of the year
