Exercise Type: Run
Weather: windy and a lil chilly
Comments:
lost my foot in some cocky highschooler's ass today. took it slow the first mile at 5:47, then ran two 5:21's. course was flat but part of the first mile was in the trover fitness trail which is windy and gravel. thought i was gonna fall there. dry hurled a few times the last 600m so i took it in easy the last 300m or so. probly could have broke 17 if it weren't for that. if you were wonderin about the highschooler i let him lead the first mile then took his candy and the lead at the mile marker. he faded real quick. think i beat him by almost a minute and a half. talk shit and see what happens.
