Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a couple miles outdoors again, super-smokey, then to In Shape for another treadmill tempo. They're hard and tedious but the mirror focus is unparalleled. And again, THIS is what I did back in '14, when I last ran really fast!
Did the same as last week, but on the different (I think slower) treadmill. I had good front and side views.
Form focus:
- Forward hip engagement
- pelvis LEFT
- "opening" of the hip, RIGHT (butt back, pawback)
Doing those two things: pelvis left, "open right butt" is THE solution to no swivz and no right ab cramps! But it's hard
After that, it was general pawback, back arch, arm swing...the usual.
Did a mile, then stepped off for a good 40s to wipe sweat and cool off. I always get drenched!

Don't give a shit about the speed, just time execution and time. Stride felt good.
Lifted, immediately post run. Need to bring a second shirt, because I was drenched!
