Comments:
It rained all day today, but I still wanted to run. Not sure what mileage is gonna show up the rest of the week. I cut it a little close to dinner and could feel my stomach. Also felt very weak and slow, kinda just plugging along. The rain was refreshing though.
Essentials: Stretch
Glad when I finished up. I was starving so I got some snacks first then stretched out a little. Legs feeling better. Today was pretty stressful actually but I feel like Im in a good spot and working forward still. Still fitting in the mileage here and there too.
