Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Shins were feeling a bit sore and I had a headache after the first day of school, so Anthony said to run for 15 and x-train the rest. Ran and had a nice conversation with Jessica, and then made me get off the elliptical to bike with me for another 20. I actually felt really good on the run, but I think it's good for my shins to get a light day.
