Second Week of Hills

Comments:
A beautiful evening for some hills.

2.5 mile warm-up over to Mayfield hill and then drills. 8 x 400 repeats which felt good; I think I pushed most of them pretty well and tried to focus on turnover. My legs felt a bit quicker, especially on the flat, compared to last week.

Then, into the cemetery for 2 2 minutes pick-ups. These were ok. Cool-down past the old apartment and then back home.

Stretch, roll, core. Should start incorporating striders next week.
