Comments:
Was just toasted last night and really tired this morning. I made my way to campus though to get set up and check out the UMass home meet. Got there in the middle of the girls race then got to watch the men. They only ran a 6k and there were only like 6 or 7 teams there, so it didnt seem that extravagant of a meet. Either way it was still really nice out and I like being in the middle of it all. I worked for a little bit and then came back and ran in the afternoon. It was fall feeling out. Went up to the rail trail first then cruized along. Not too many other runners out lots of bikers though so I had to stay in my lane. Felt real strong actually pushed the pace throughout and only at the end started to cramp up. Felt like this run was very detoxifying.
Essentials: Stretch
Decent stretch when I got back. Legs didnt feel to restless recently but they feel pretty good now. Surprised again since mileage was pretty weak the past few days.
