Pre Oberlin Easy Run

Comments:
Did a run by myself toady up North Park although I did see Phil and Tim while I was running. I was origionaly going to do 5 but I've been feeling a little tired yesterday and today so I cut it to 4. I though this run was going to be a lot slower because I took things very easy but it ended up not being much slower than usual. THought about the race and listened to my ipod the whole way. I'm execited for tomorrow. Hopefuly I can run real fast and keep my spot for confrence. I feel good now. I'm gonna sleep lots tonight and let it all hang out tomorrow.
