Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ugh late night lead to a day of feeling groggy. Definitely needed a nap this afternoon. Stomach still kinda crampy and I didnt want to run, but I got out the door with Vijesh. We started out together to Groff then I picked it up on the way home. Still a slow easy pace, just getting things moving trying to transition back into the week. Got a lot going on but I know I can drive through it strong.
Essentials: Stretch
Got in a good stretch and rehydration. Feeling a little better, still feel beat down though. Need to focus on low stress and rest this week before traveling. I hope I am not getting a cold though. That would be some classic timing.
