Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Struggling today, feeling achy and tired. IDK if I am getting sick or just tired. I did blitz through most of what I had to do, but figured it would be more productive to come home early and try to sweat it out. It helped, I actually felt decently paced and comfortable. Temperature was real nice too.
Essentials: Stretch
Feeling a little more relaxed and it was good to get things moving around. After my run I got back to it and got some more solid work in actually. Fortunate I could organize my day like that. Starting to look more forward to Germany. I hope it gives me a little mental break. Also its just fun to be there and it will be great to see the guys again. This is also good practice for really getting myself out there, which is going to be a big theme this year.
