Weather: 78, nice, bug city
Comments:
loops at Buckland...7:15-7:20 first 4, 6:59 #5, tried to "run pace effort" and recover during mile 6...didn't quite go easy enough to do that, but it was 7:21 nonetheless. Feel as if 7:30 should be comfortable enough. Fatigued but strong.
