xc practice

Weather: really cold

Comments:
today we did a mix of things. we started off with some gauntlet work in the third floor hallway, also including the legendary ski jumps, wall humps, and stair repeats. inspiring music was also included, which totally made the practice much easier. then we suited up against the cold and ran to the track in a roundabout sort of way, did 3 short loops of cass park at a decent pace, and then returned home. the mileage is pretty much a guess, but the time is accurate.
