Comments:
Down to MLK for the 2nd 6 miler. Weather was great temperature wise and a bit overcast. Legs felt ok warming up.
I wanted to be more consistent with the pace than I have been as of late. Tempo went well and more consistent with pace than I have been. Miles were
5: 41, 37, 38, 37, 43, and 37. Felt good until the last mile, but HR was in the 160s at the finish so that was also good. I would still like to feel more relaxed overall for these.
Strides, and then a short cool-down around MLK.
