Comments:
Last true workout before the Akron Half next Saturday. Over to the track for 3 x 1 mi with 2:00 recovery, with the goal of feeling my race pace.

They were 5:35, 5:29, 5:25, with my HR in the high 150s after the third one. Felt good on these, and the pace did not feel too tolling.

Then I did 3 x 100m strides, and went back over the Mayfield Hill for 2 x 400. Wanted 3 but it was getting late. I felt good on these too.

Overall, a really nice workout.
