had to do a workout type of thing on my own today because ive got work during practice time. so i ran down to the bike path and did some pick-ups on there. Lavallee told me to do pick-ups of 3:00 hard, 1:00 nice and easy, but he didnt say how many to do so i just did 5. the first 2 or 3 were deffinatley better than the last 2, i guess i was feeling it a lot. the way home didnt feel so good either, my right knee is doing this weird achy thing on longer runs. mileage is estimated, pace is off because of pick-ups
