took multiple quick breaks but busted out a fast 5K! Pretty happy that I felt decent on these miles. Took breaks to give my sore peroneal(?) [I dont even know how to spell it] tendon bc it is hella sore from Friday's race. Making progress though and I'm quite excited. Okay. Bye.
