Weather: cool, nice
Comments:
Once we got home, CA and I shuffled down the hill - clunked, should I say - to the gym for a strength session, including squats and overhead snatch. No jumps for me.
Jogged back.
Pretty sure this run is what got me 100 miles this week. Or we'll say, at least :-)
PM:
- cleaned up, did some work
- went to T&G for a beer and nachos
- then went to Coldfire...where CA had assembled a surprise birthday fest! Lots of folks there, ranging from some of my favorite Eugene masters runners, to the Hunt crew, to even Pam & Mac Smith! Really cool. CA is the greatest. :-)
