easy UO barefoot + fairmount

Comments:
Thought about doing some hill sprints today, but I'm still just too tired and stiff. So I ran easy. From home, to Amazon (x13.5 pullups), then to UO for nearly 3 miles of barefoot, 80% of it on the track surface!

NOTE: both heels have been bugging me since Waldo - and my "deflated" overstride. They've since improved...but the right one's been more stubborn. STIFF in the AM, every day. It warms...but often will come back. It was OK on this run, for the most part...

Did approx x6 strides, and the hip extension-recovery felt strong.

Ran into Justin again, who was rounding out his run. His stride is looking good.

From there, I ran Fairmount and back to the house, just under 10 miles.

Rest of the day:
- worked
- prepped then went to Sheldon pool to do a presentation for the HS swim club (competitive kids) working on core activation. Fun stuff
- thought about lifting AND going to Hunt social, but skipped both!
