Saturday run with track kids

Met the track kids at Bristow for a long run. Brought donuts for after. :-)

Did three laps - nearly all the kids that were there, did so - with a gradual cut-down. Super easy first lap, medium second, then 7-flat pace or so (good grind) last lap.
