Weather: Sunny, almost warm
Comments:
Was gonna do 3-2-1 and run it at ATA, for a change of pace, but I promptly got booted by a sort of PE class and its teacher. I didn't have time or energy to run to SEHS, so I did the sprints on the road and sidewalks: essentially 60, 40, 20s, two sets.
Felt heavy and sluggish, but it was fine.
