"OFF" - short run + weights

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
LAZY day today. No clients. Slept in with CA, then did some work here.

Around 3ish, I got allergy injection #2 (out of FIVE I have to get, to rebuild!), then drove to In Shape. I ran a whole bark loop (13 pull-ups) then lifted weights. Solid lift.

SUPER stiff on the run. Ugh. It sucks. I need treatment:

- the right "achilles" is officially a high ankle dysfunction. Symptoms are all over the place, and fucking-A, it's crazy stiff at the beginning of runs
- the pelvis and sacrum are all stiff and not moving right. I just feel like I'm "fighting" to do the right thing

I was glad to have a rest day, but it was SOOO nice here that I regret not being able to do a full run!

PM:
- got all dressed up for the Eugene Library fundraiser. Uhan Performance was a sponsor. It was my first ever "snooty high society" event. Really interesting: CA and I sat with a bunch of very nice gray-hairs in a ballroom, had dinner, hob-nobbed, and sat through a nice program.

- After that, we went to Grit, a nice place in the Whit that we've never been to. Fun to "play dress up"!
