Back out on the streets. It was a scorcher again today, very atypical. I did not feel good this afternoon, still sluggish and groggy and I knew I needed to get back out there to feel energized. I just took it real real easy today, letting my legs loosen up back into the groove. I think It worked I felt pretty sustained, but slow and sluggish. Came back on Lincoln just to switch it up a little bit. Its been a while and I could definitely tell. Also I dont have my gym pass yet so I couldnt lift. Honestly I wouldnt have accomplished much either.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside since I was soaked. I wanted to just sit down honestly. Feeling a little better after, but still kinda gassed and sluggish. This was a good start. Legs feeling fine though not too burnt out or anything.
