Weather: warm, but not miserable (a little hot)

Comments:
one loop warmup (7:17), then 2 tempo, 1 pace, 1 tempo, 1 pace (6:33, 6:19, 6:44, 6:15, 6:42)...felt really strong! slowing to pace was almost enough to get heartrate down on the first one (mile 4), but couldn't quite get it down on mile 6, although it felt more and more comfortable. jogged a cool down mile
