Comments:
Hill workout with the UVM guys plus Tom and Fletcher. Ran 8xBattery hill. Recovery was core. Joe had us either:
1. Jog around the perimeter of Battery Park
2. Jog immediately down
3. Tempo the perimeter of Battery Park immediately following the hill
I was definitely digging in the well. Extremely tired after that workout
