Past few days have been really hot, especially today it was over 90 degrees and I was struggling...so being very busy with work all day I decided that most of my runs will be at night and I come home at night around 930 ish so its kind of a struggle for me trying to fit my runs in around my work times. I've been making every attempt to get my runs in whether its 10 at night or 5 in the morning. I know whatever I do now and put work in now will pay off in the fall so going low on mileage is not an option. I'm trying to hit 55 miles this week and I will do that no matter how many obstacles I face. Well coming to the point this run was good, I felt a bit crappy since I took yesterday off because I came home at 1130 from a division meeting. I was under 7 minute pace so its nice. I'm doing good just tired and I can really use some sleep.
