Comments:
It was so hot out again today. Planned a run on campus. Really needed it today I felt fried out and glad I waited until it got dark. Ran in the dark around campus so there was enough light to see. Went up Orchard Hill, down around on Fearing, then back to Conte through campus. Honestly, felt great, legs wanted to be out there putting it in.

Essentials: Stretch

Very limited stretch since I was getting hungry and tired, so I came straight home. Feeling like I can stretch it out and legs feel flexible, which I havnt been able to do lately. Great run today, just what I needed.
