Weather: 80, muggy, drizzly, cooling off as it went

Comments:
Really tired legs, no energy. ate a bunch of shit right before the run (yes, it's official- don't eat!). Worked through the low around mile 4, refused to stop, get water, pee, and muscled through to feel good last 2 miles. Even ran a bit faster at end without changing HR. keeping cadence close to 160 is important, esp when i feel poor.
