guess on the miles, just don't like it to be blank. pushed pretty hard. just happened to do it about the same time i would've been racing, so i was semi-depressed about it. i actually meant to bike yesterday too, but i had an opportunity for a ride home that i didn't want to pass up and i ended up not having time. oops. oh well i guess.
