Slept like ASS last night: combination of heat, eating late, too many carbs, too much beer, too much dairy...and Callie elbowing and coughing! Lolz. I moved into the guest bed, but I still didn't sleep well. Bummer.
This is my #1 performance issue right now: lack of quality sleep. #2 is the nutrition inconsistency (dairy intolerance; my weird vegetable allergies).
Second to that is the right ankle. It was a little stiff today.
Those two things garnered a rest (non-run) day today.
Treated 3 clients, got another build-up allergy injection, then headed home for a ride. Felt pretty good again, but had some good "Butt Lock" from weights and-or the hill sprints yesterday!
Really nice ride; pretty easy effort, but the injection kept me a little low energy. From our new place, the loopy is 12.8 miles with 900' of climbing. The new-and-improved, tuned bike feels good to ride.

- home to make dinner for CA, who got back from Ashland at 7ish
- early to bed (9:30) -- no TV, no major dairy
