"I'm an Allergy Pirate!"

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Fartlek pickups and hills at fort Reno. I think those are the hardest kind of workouts because there's no end during it since you don't know how many of anything you're doing. It's also just exhausting running through the tall grass there, and I felt pretty awful. I had stitches in different parts of my ribs/chest the whole time, my calves were super tight, my shins hurt a bit, the grass and pollen were making my allergies terrible, and I was just really angry about stuff that happened today, and I couldn't shake the bad mood for practice. It was slightly therapeutic to pound out my anger into the hill, but also compounded the anger when I felt so slow. No idea how long it was. We did a bit of a run first, so maybe 4 miles??? Who knows.
